Wisconsin saw notable lottery wins over the weekend with tickets sold on Friday and Saturday. On April 4, 2025, a winning Badger 5 jackpot ticket worth $154,000 was sold at SAI Mart Atwood, Inc. in Madison. The numbers drawn were 2, 4, 5, 6, and 31. This ticket represents the largest win for the new lottery retailer established in June 2024.

The Badger 5 jackpot has been won 23 times so far in 2025, with seven jackpots surpassing $100,000.

In Neosho, Station Neosho BP sold a $50,000 winning Powerball ticket for the April 5 drawing. The ticket matched four numbers, 4, 23, 30, 46, and 62, along with the Powerball, 2. "According to Powerball.com, there were four winning tickets that won $50,000 or more, in the United States, for the Saturday drawing."

There are nine prize tiers in Powerball, and in Wisconsin alone, 4,976 tickets won prizes in the recent drawing, ranging from $4 to $50,000. The next Powerball draw's estimated jackpot stands at $54 million.

Winners have 180 days to claim their prizes, and information is available on the Wisconsin Lottery website. The retailer incentive program awards two percent of winning tickets over $599, with a cap of $100,000.

Powerball and Badger 5 tickets have specific purchase cut-off times, with Powerball draws on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, and Badger 5 draws held daily. The odds for the Powerball jackpot are significantly high, at 1 in 292,201,338, while the odds for winning $50,000 are 1 in 913,130. Meanwhile, the odds for winning a $4 prize vary.

Badger 5 has daily draws, requiring ticket purchase before 9:00 p.m. on the day of the drawing, with jackpot odds at 1 in 169,911.
