For the second time in a week, a winning Badger 5 jackpot ticket has been sold in Wisconsin. The latest winning ticket, worth $154,000, was purchased on May 9, 2025, at the Cenex C Store located at 7515 University Ave. in Middleton. The winning numbers for this draw were 1-8-21-22-25.

This recent win follows closely behind another successful draw on May 2, where an $88,000 Badger 5 jackpot ticket was sold at Random Lake Mini Mart. The month of April saw six jackpots claimed, contributing to a total of 30 winning tickets drawn since the start of the year. Among these wins, nine jackpots have surpassed the $100,000 mark.

Retailers who sell tickets with winnings over $599 benefit from a two percent Retailer Performance Winning Ticket Incentive offered by the Wisconsin Lottery. This incentive can amount to as much as $100,000.

Winners have up to 180 days from the date of the draw to claim their prizes. Information regarding prize claims is available on wilottery.com. Players also have access to a mobile app that allows them to verify if their ticket is a winner; this app can be downloaded from both the App Store and Google Play.

Badger 5 is exclusive to Wisconsin and features daily draws after 9 p.m., with odds of winning set at 1:169,911. To participate in each day's drawing, tickets must be bought before 9 p.m.
