A winning Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold at a Speedway location in Greendale, Wisconsin. The ticket was purchased for the drawing held on June 30, 2025. It successfully matched four of the five numbers drawn—13, 28, 44, 52, and 55—along with the Powerball number 6.

While no ticket matched all five numbers and the Powerball to win the jackpot, the upcoming draw on July 2 has an estimated jackpot of $174 million.

Nationwide, seven tickets won $50,000 in this drawing. Among these winners is a ticket from Pennsylvania that featured a 4X Power Play option, increasing its prize to $200,000. In Wisconsin alone, there were 3,737 winners from this drawing with prizes ranging from $4 to $50,000.

The Speedway store in Greendale is familiar with large wins. Previously it has sold scratch tickets with winnings of $500,000 and $10,000 and a Lotto ticket worth $23,000.

Retailers selling winning tickets over $599 receive a two percent incentive on performance from the Wisconsin Lottery. This incentive is capped at $100,000.

Winners have up to 180 days from the draw date to claim their prizes. Details about claiming can be found at wilottery.com or through the Lottery's mobile app available on both App Store and Google Play.

Powerball drawings occur three times a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 9:59 p.m., with tickets needing purchase by 9:00 p.m. each night of a draw. Tickets cost $2 per play; an additional dollar buys the Power Play feature.

The odds of hitting the Powerball jackpot stand at approximately one in 292 million while winning a $50,000 prize has odds of one in about 913 thousand.
