A $100,000 All or Nothing lottery ticket was sold at the Oshkosh Kwik Pantry on 403 N. Sawyer in Oshkosh for the July 25, 2025, Midday drawing. The winning ticket matched none of the eleven numbers drawn.

The Wisconsin Lottery reports that players can win the top prize in All or Nothing by matching either all eleven numbers or none at all. This recent win marks only the second time in 2025 that a ticket has matched zero out of eleven numbers for the top prize.

Oshkosh has seen several significant lottery wins recently. On July 19, a $286,000 Badger 5 jackpot was split among four tickets, with two of those sold at retailers in Oshkosh—Eastside Superette and Jackson Street Shell. Earlier, on June 9, a Fast Play Progressive Jackpot worth $433,974 was won at Pick 'N Save in Oshkosh.

Retailers who sell winning tickets valued over $599 receive a two percent incentive through the Retailer Performance Program, up to $100,000.

Winners have up to 180 days from the draw date to claim their prizes. Information about claiming winnings is available on the Wisconsin Lottery website (https://www.wilottery.com/). Players can also check their tickets using the official mobile app found on both major app stores.

The odds of winning the All or Nothing top prize are one in 352,716. Each play costs $2 and drawings take place twice daily throughout the week; midday tickets must be purchased before 1:30 p.m., and evening tickets before 9:00 p.m.

For comparison, odds of winning a Badger 5 jackpot are one in 169,911 while Fast Play Progressive Jackpot odds stand at one in 240,000.
