The Wisconsin Lottery reported two significant jackpot wins at the start of August. On Saturday, August 2, 2025, a player in Green Bay won the entire $259,394 Fast Play Progressive Jackpot with a $10 Hit the Jackpot Fast Play ticket purchased at University Shell on 2030 University Ave.
Soon after, another major prize was claimed when a $105,000 Badger 5 jackpot ticket was sold at Pick 'N Save on 4698 S. Whitnall Ave. in Saint Francis for the Monday, August 4 drawing. The winning numbers for that draw were 1-4-7-10-24. This marks the fifteenth time in 2025 that a Badger 5 jackpot has exceeded $100,000.
Winners have up to 180 days from the draw date to claim their prizes. Information about claiming lottery prizes is available on the Wisconsin Lottery’s website (https://wilottery.com), and players can also check tickets using the official mobile app.
Retailers who sell winning tickets worth more than $599 receive a two percent incentive through the Retailer Performance Program, with payouts capped at $100,000.
Badger 5 drawings occur daily after 9 p.m., and tickets must be bought before that time to be eligible for each day’s draw. The odds of winning the Badger 5 jackpot are one in 169,911.
Fast Play Progressive Jackpots differ from other Lotto games because they can be won instantly upon purchase. There are twelve different Fast Play games offered by the Wisconsin Lottery. The portion of the progressive jackpot awarded depends on ticket price: $1 tickets win ten percent; $2 tickets win twenty percent; $5 tickets win fifty percent; and $10 tickets win one hundred percent of the current progressive amount.
The odds of winning a Fast Play Progressive Jackpot are one in 240,000.
