A $100,000 winning All or Nothing lottery ticket was sold at Webster Shell on 1501 S. Webster St. in Green Bay for the August 26 Evening drawing, according to the Wisconsin Lottery. The ticket matched none of the 11 numbers drawn.

This is the fourth time in the past month that a top prize-winning All or Nothing ticket has been purchased. It is also the largest prize sold by Webster Shell since it became a Wisconsin Lottery retailer in 2020.

The All or Nothing game allows players to win the $100,000 top prize either by matching all 11 numbers or none at all. Of the ten $100,000 winning tickets sold so far in 2025, three have won by matching zero numbers.

Retailers selling winning tickets over $599 receive a two percent incentive through the Retailer Performance Program, up to a maximum of $100,000.

Winners have 180 days from the draw date to claim their prizes. More information about claiming winnings can be found at https://wilottery.com/. Players can also check their tickets using the Wisconsin Lottery mobile app available on both major app stores.

All or Nothing is exclusive to Wisconsin and offers odds of one in 352,716 for winning its top prize. Tickets cost $2 per play and drawings occur twice daily throughout the week; purchases must be made before 1:30 p.m. for midday draws and before 9:00 p.m. for evening draws.
