Gov. Evers Seeks Applicants for Racine County Circuit Court

MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers announced today that he is seeking applicants for the Racine County Circuit Court – Branch 4. The appointment will fill a vacancy being created by Judge Mark F. Nielsen’s resignation, effective Jan. 1, 2024. The new judge will complete a term ending July 31, 2025.

Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Fri., Dec. 22, 2023. To apply, please email a completed application form and supporting materials to GOVJudicialAppointments@wisconsin.gov.

Applicants who applied for the recent Racine County Circuit Court – Branch 3 vacancy need not reapply. Their applications will be considered alongside any additional applications that are received.

The application can be found on the “Apply to Serve” page on Gov. Evers’ website at: www.evers.wi.gov.
