The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) has announced the certification of the latest election results for the Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Board. Three soybean producers began their three-year terms as elected members on September 1, 2025.
David Justman from Platteville will represent Adams, Crawford, Grant, Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland, Sauk, and Vernon counties. Jonathon Gibbs of Fox Lake will serve Columbia, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Marquette, Waushara, and Winnebago counties. Patrick Mullooly from Clinton will represent Dane, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, and Rock counties.
The Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Board consists of seven producers from seven districts throughout the state. The board is responsible for managing approximately $3 million in assessment fees collected from Wisconsin soybean producers each year. These funds are allocated to research projects focused on soybeans as well as educational programs and promotional activities aimed at supporting the state’s soybean industry.
